Nadine Czerner – Managing Director of My Repairbuild
With more than 25 years’ experience in the building industry, both on the tools and in management, Nadine is a born leader. She has been at the helm of My Repairbulid since 2010. Her hard work and resilience have helped shape this Brisbane building repair company into what it is today.
Nadine has seen the building industry from all angles. She was an apprentice builder, then a contracts administrator and then a project manager on large-scale commercial and retail building projects. Now as the director and owner of My Repairbuild, she’s seen it all. Here her focus is on building repairs of all kinds – from the smallest jobs up the scale to the largest rebuilds.
Nadine loves meeting and exceeding client expectations, no matter what the circumstances. She directs teams through the often-complex tasks required to complete a project to the highest possible quality, safety and service standards.
Rob Heinemann – Senior Project Supervisor
Rob is a knowledgeable carpenter and builder who has over 35 years’ experience across all facets of the business industry. He has worked on large insurance repair projects, building reports, strata building repairs, new home builds and complex restoration projects.
Rob manages up to 140 repair projects at peak time, focussing on logistics from start to finish. These can range from complete fire rebuilds of large building high rises to ‘patch and paint’ style jobs in smaller duplex building.
Rob’s role includes organising trades and subcontractors, liaising with clients, working with body corporate and building strata companies. He also works with real estate leasing agents to arrange access to properties to be repaired.
A meticulous project supervisor, Rob utilises his broad building industry experience to the upmost professional standards. He is a competent, reliable and results driven project supervisor.
Jamie Iles – Project Manager and Building Development Manager
Jamie is an experience and skilled building and project manager who handles complex building projects with dexterity and skill. His exceptional attention to detail, construction industry experience and strong communication skills make him a vital member of the My Repairbuild team. He has worked in the building and construction industry for more than two decades. . Jamie’s ‘think outside of the box’ problem solving results in amazing results that are a testament to his capability.
Jamie is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality products across all facets of the insurance building industry and strata insurance industries. He manages products that range from the small and straightforward to highly complex fire rebuild projects.
John Manaham – Building Assessor & Supervisor
Beginning in carpentry and joinery, John is a valued member of the team who holds his QBCC Builders Licence. Over 40 years of experience and knowledge of the industry complement his 10 years of experience in the insurance repair industry. John brings his experience to assure that building reports are complete and accurate and that scopes of work, assessing and estimated are completed professionally to the umpteenth degree.
Jeff Rose – My Repairbuild Safety Consultant Contractor
The building repair industry in Brisbane and South-East Queensland is strengthened by the likes of Jeff, who began as a Safety Consultant with My Repairbiuld in 2016. In a previous life, he worked at Tarong Coal mine as a contractor mechanic which is where his interest in safety began. Jeff works at ADCO Constructions where he obtained his safety credentials (including Safety Officers ticket, OH&S Cert IV and OH&S Diploma). Jeff contracts to businesses to ensure that the right information is communication and that any documentation or safety knowledge is delivered promptly and accurately.
